Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to all sales made on the website and to any use of our services. By placing an order, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms.

Territory & Fulfillment

• Territory: We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. We do not ship to the EU or other regions at this time.
• Fulfillment: Orders are prepared and shipped by third-party partners located in Canada. No stock is held, shipped from, or delivered within France.

Products & Availability

• Descriptions and imagery are provided for information; minor differences (e.g., color rendering) may occur.
• We may update, reformulate, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
• Availability depends on inventory at our fulfillment partners.

Prices, Taxes & Duties

• Display currency: Prices may be shown in EUR, USD, or CAD depending on your settings/location.
• French VAT: As a French micro-entreprise, Solvi operates under the VAT exemption regime ("franchise en base"). No French VAT is collected.
• Extra-EU supplies: Goods ship from Canada to Canada/USA; these supplies are outside the scope of French VAT.
• Local import costs: In Canada/USA, import duties, brokerage, and local sales taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility (Importer of Record). Unless otherwise stated, checkout totals exclude such fees.

Orders & Payment

Orders are placed online and become binding once payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or payment issues.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk

• Timelines: Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier and destination (customs, peak seasons, force majeure may cause delays).
• Tracking: Tracking information is provided when available.
• Risk of loss: Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier to the address provided.
• Refused/undeliverable parcels: If a parcel is refused or undeliverable (wrong address/unpaid duties), shipping and handling may be non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

• Window: Request a return within 30 days of delivery (CA/US customers).
• Condition: For hygiene and safety, cosmetic products must be unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging.
• Process: Contact [email protected] for authorization and instructions.
• Costs: Unless we shipped a defective/incorrect item, return shipping is at the customer's expense.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection (shipping, duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable).

User Conduct

• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable French, US, or Canadian laws.
• No introduction of malware, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the site.
• No unauthorized reproduction or exploitation of site content.

Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, product designs, and other content on the site are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

Personal Data & Privacy

Warranties & Liability

• Products are provided in accordance with their descriptions and applicable mandatory legal warranties.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

Force Majeure

Solvi shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, carrier issues, customs delays, pandemics).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the customer's state/province or country of residence (Canada/USA).
