These Terms Conditions govern access to and use of the Solvi website (www.solvi.com) and the purchase of our products. Solvi is a French micro-entreprise (seller of record in France). Orders are fulfilled by third-party partners from Canada to customers in Canada and the United States.

These Terms apply to all sales made on the website and to any use of our services. By placing an order, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms.
Display currency: Prices may be shown in EUR, USD, or CAD depending on your settings/location.
French VAT: As a French micro-entreprise, Solvi operates under the VAT exemption regime (“franchise en base”). No French VAT is collected.
Extra-EU supplies: Goods ship from Canada to Canada/USA; these supplies are outside the scope of French VAT.
Local import costs: In Canada/USA, import duties, brokerage, and local sales taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility (Importer of Record). Unless otherwise stated, checkout totals exclude such fees.
Heads-up: Carriers or customs may request duties/taxes from the recipient before delivery in CA/US.
Orders are placed online and become binding once payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or payment issues.
All texts, images, logos, product designs, and other content on the site are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
We process personal data in compliance with the EU GDPR. Depending on your location, your data may also be subject to local laws (e.g., CCPA in certain US states, PIPEDA in Canada). See our Privacy Policy for legal bases, retention, and your rights.
Products are provided in accordance with their descriptions and applicable mandatory legal warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
Solvi shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, carrier issues, customs delays, pandemics).
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the customer’s state/province or country of residence (Canada/USA).
