United States & Canada only.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 3–7 business days within US/CA once shipped. You’ll receive tracking by email.

How much is shipping?

Rates are shown at checkout based on destination and service.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us quickly after ordering. If your parcel hasn’t been prepared or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unopened items in original packaging (US/CA). For hygiene reasons, opened or used items aren’t eligible.

Damaged or incorrect item?

We’ll make it right. Email us with your order number and photos as soon as possible.

Shade not quite right?

One free shade exchange per order (US/CA). We’ll help you find the best match.
