Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Track your order via the link in the shipping email. If you can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll resend it.

• Return window: 30 days from delivery.
• Condition: For hygiene & safety, products must be unused and unopened in original packaging.
• Non-returnable: Opened/used items, gift cards, and final-sale items.
• Fees: If the return is due to damage or our error, we cover the label. Otherwise, return shipping may be deducted or paid by you.
• Refund timing: 3–10 business days after inspection of the returned goods.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
